Installation
Since 1988 we have been installing PC's, Servers and data networks, using all the best and most reliable systems while continually keeping up-to-date with the forever-changing technology.
Through project management and strategic partners, we now offer Voice and Data services that cover your entire network - the installation of air conditioning, Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), controlled access, CCTV and environmental monitoring over IP, server hardware and software, desktop PCs, application software and peripherals. We can provide you with ongoing maintenance agreements, which are designed individually to continually support all your ICT needs.
Relocation
Our EC team can fully decommission and prepare all I.T. and associated equipment for transport ensuring all manufacturers shipping precautions are adhered to. At the new location equipment can be recommissioned ensuring all component parts are connected and functioning correctly. Hardware and software changes required to integrate relocated systems at the new site can be checked and changed where necessary. An agreed test procedure can be performed which might be as simple as a power up verification or could include checking network connectivity or application testing. Depending on the scale of the move an engineer may be assigned to work closely with facilities and I.T. departments to produce a schedule and relocation plan to ensure minimum downtime of critical services. This engineer is responsible for liaising with the customer and members of the relocation team.
Roll-Outs
EC will advise on the most appropriate means of roll-out of new software, patches, updates etc. Whether this be the setup of a Software Update Server (SUS), management of operating system/application updates or working with software authers to impliment changes.
